Me, myself and I

As far as I’m concerned, here is how the expedition is going to be: I will be leaving with the plane on 28th of November to Cape Town. I’ll be joining the Ivan Papannin which should be there by then. On the 1st of December we’ll be leaving for Antarctica on the icebreaker and arrive there 10 days later. We will first go to other stations for deliveries and should only be arriving at our offloading point around New Year. After the offloading I will go with the first convoy (to be explained later) to the building area some 200km away. Three days later I’ll be on site and my job for a month hand a half will be to organise the material and container park, assist the base camp manager and participate to general maintenance of course. On the 14th of February I will be tacking a plane back to Cape Town, then back to Brussels on the 18th in the morning.
